Jay's work was exceptional! I required a repair of the toilet drain in one of my bathrooms which resulted in the need for the replacement of the tile. I contacted two other tile professionals, one of whom abandoned the project after damaging two pieces of tile; while the other quoted a far higher price compared to what Jay had offered. I found the cost quoted by the other tile professional to be excessive. I advise against wasting your resources with anyone else. Jay conducted himself professionally and explained the process to me, following through on his commitment to complete the job. I will undoubtedly engage his services again. His work deserves an A++.
