Kathy and Marylee were exceptional in their staging services. Upon visiting my condo, they promptly offered me a quote, which I accepted after considering the advantages of staging for property sales. Their furniture selection was remarkable; I was impressed enough to consider buying it myself. They ensured that the paint colors matched my choice, transforming my space into a cozy and stylized abode rather than a drab and empty one. What a delight it was to learn that my condo had sold within 24 hours of staging, and I had received an offer that was $30k higher than the asking price! I knew staging was key to making a sale, but I had not expected such favorable results. Previously, I had tried to sell my condo "as is" for a couple of weeks, but with no success.
