I had scheduled an appointment with them, but they failed to show up. I had to take time off from work to be present for the project, yet they didn't communicate their absence. I had to follow up with them to reschedule the appointment. They assured me that they would arrive early the next day, but once again, they didn't show up. To add to my frustration, they are now not responding to my calls.
