At our agreed upon time, Moreno Carpet Cleaning arrived promptly as promised. My carpet was quite dirty, but Mr. Moreno and his son were able to thoroughly clean it. They conducted themselves in a professional and informative manner throughout the service. Additionally, they were extremely thorough and easy to talk to and were quite friendly. The price charged was fair and their work was exceptional.

After purchasing a new home, we were dismayed to find it in disarray due to the previous owners' neglect. Not only did they take care of the expected areas, like cabinets and windowsills, but they also went above and beyond to clear out cobwebs in the garage, the furnace closet, and other unexpected spots. Since I couldn't be present for the final walkthrough, Henry kindly shared photos and videos of the cleaned areas, including specific requests. Overall, the Moreno Janitorial team was prompt, flexible, and affordable. I gladly recommend them and plan on hiring them again in the future.
