The engineer was incredibly knowledgeable. After I explained my issue, it only took him a few seconds to replicate what I thought was the problem. He then proceeded to explain the resolution and even made some helpful recommendations. Despite this exceptional service, I only had to pay the service fee. I was so impressed that I even offered to leave a tip, but he astounded me further by refusing to accept anything extra.
