At Moonlight Solutions, we know that every customer's experience is unique, and we strive to provide a small and effective blueprint for your IT infrastructure. We aim to make our services budget-friendly and reliable, while also prioritizing understanding your needs before you even speak them.

2020 brought unexpected challenges with covid, but we were there to provide support - from simple IT assistance to rebuilding IT infrastructure with Cloud Support Systems and addressing wifi connectivity issues. Our business has grown with every call we've answered, and we are proud to have become Moonlight Solutions.

Wayne exceeded all expectations with his exceptional professionalism, punctuality, COVID safety measures, and responsiveness, in addition to his positive demeanor. He provided his services with a smile and gladly tackled the challenging task of wall-mounting three TVs, one of which was a 65" screen over a fireplace requiring brick drilling. When he encountered an issue with the wiring installation done by Comcast for the bedroom TV, he volunteered to dismantle it completely and rewire it to ensure all cords were properly enclosed. Wayne was meticulous in measuring and positioning the TVs to the customer's satisfaction, and even took on additional tasks, such as assisting with dusting and installing window blinds, without prompting. The customer was impressed by Wayne's attention to detail and craftsmanship, and hired him on the spot for future work. The value and quality of his work far exceeded the cost, and the customer would gladly rate Moonlight a 10 out of 10. Sincere thanks are given to Wayne for his outstanding service.
