After being involved in a hit-and-run accident, I was able to snap two pictures of the car as it drove off. Regrettably, the license plate was blurred in the images. I reached out to over 20 photo enhancement businesses, but only one was successful in retrieving the plate number. I will share this information with my attorney in the hopes of locating the culprit - their car had New Jersey tags in Maryland and was behind me on a toll road. I am grateful for the help.
