Yessica Ramirez is an incredibly responsive woman. What I admire about her is that she cleans quickly and efficiently. She has cleaned my home in a well-organized and immaculate manner, and I appreciate her punctuality. I highly recommend her for any cleaning needs.

I am extremely let down. Despite requesting a thorough cleaning which included the refrigerator, microwave, ledges, woodwork and changing of bed sheets during my service with CrackerJack, none of these tasks were executed. Not only was my bed not made, but to my dismay, there were even two rugs left on it. Furthermore, the bathroom towel rack had dust all over it and the fan blades and light fixtures were left untouched. This is unacceptable considering the fact that I paid for a deep clean. The window sills and wooden blinds were also left unclean, which now leaves a mess on my floors. Although I have yet to check all of the bathrooms, I do know that the shower drain in the master bathroom still contains hair and there is toothpaste residue left in my son's sink. I am beyond irritated by the amount of things that weren't accomplished and disappointed that such basic cleaning tasks were missed. Had I checked the house before the cleaners left, I could have addressed this issue in a timely manner. While I would not recommend using CrackerJack's services for this type of task, I will have to find someone else to redo everything that was overlooked. It is infuriating to have to pay twice for a service that was not properly executed.

Following a minor inconvenience while searching for cleaning services, I eventually came across a woman who promptly replied to my request. She arrived punctually and completed the task within the agreed upon timeframe. She demonstrates expertise in her field and is highly dependable especially for those seeking emergency cleaning services.

Though they boast a swift response time, offer adjustable scheduling, and exhibit speed in their cleaning, there were a few areas which were lacking. Unfortunately, the bathtub was not completely cleaned, nor were the mirrors and inside of the medicine cabinet tended to. Additionally, there was a slight delay in their arrival. Consequently, I was somewhat disappointed with the overall service I received.

Her task is attended with excellence and a great level of responsibility.
