The house was recently purchased and needed a move-in cleaning. The cleaner arrived two hours beyond the suggested time and finished in under two hours. Every task was an additional cost, including the ambiguous "cleaning of the house." Despite informing her that certain tasks, such as vacuuming, were unnecessary due to planned carpet replacement, add-on charges such as cleaning inside cabinets were not completed. Additional fees for cleaning inside the stove were disclosed only after the cleaner had completed the work and packed up. The toilets were not cleaned well, and noticeable dust spots remained in view, despite the blinds being raised for a bright, clean ambiance. On the positive side, the bathroom tubs were cleaned and had a clean scent, but overall, the performance was a D+/C-.

We employed them to clean the baseboards, doors, windows, and bathrooms throughout the entire house. They did an excellent job at a fair price.
