Monica is a Chilean graduate in Theater and Stage Communication with a strong passion for movement, health, and the expression of the human body. During her career as an actress and dancer, she came to realize the significance of manual therapy in her recovery and performance. This motivated her to move to Argentine and study Kinesiology and Physical Therapy to gain in-depth scientific knowledge in areas such as physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics of the human body. Monica's interest in therapies and exercise led her to acquire certifications in Yoga, Fitness, Feldenkrais, and Alexander Instruction. Since moving to the US five years ago, she has served as a Dance Teacher, Yoga Instructor, Fitness and Nutrition Advisor NASM, Group Fitness Instructor NASM-AFAA, Certified Personal Trainer NASM-AFAA, and Chiropractor Assistant. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and continuously explores the importance of muscle health for preventive healthcare and longevity. In her therapies, Monica applies postural analysis to correct through a range of techniques, including sports massage, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching, PNF stretching, and Swedish massage, among others.

I cannot praise Affordable Movers enough. The exceptional work done by Sam and Dedrick was remarkable. Sam's quick response was the most admirable trait. He replied promptly even after a tiring day of moving. Both were incredibly courteous and professional, striving to ensure my satisfaction with their work.
