Both men conducted themselves in a highly professional and timely manner. They maintained open communication with me throughout the entirety of the process. Great team! Joshua was highly responsive. They expertly disassembled the large workout equipment and reassembled it in a different room. Though we also wanted the treadmill moved, they candidly told us they were hesitant to take it apart out of fear of damaging it. We respected their honesty and their respect for our belongings. We would gladly hire them again!

Their communication skills were excellent, with an incredibly prompt response time. Despite a significant amount of items that required moving, including two pianos, they were able to complete the job efficiently, even staying late to ensure it was all finished. Josh, the team member assigned to assist me, was an exceptional professional, offering much-needed assistance when I encountered a technical problem. I requested a partial refund from the amount I tipped, and Josh handled the issue tactfully and respectfully. In the end, I received a refund once all necessary data was collected. Overall, their service was outstanding.
