I'm disappointed with Raymond's services. Despite offering a free consultation, we decided to hire him for the mold test after spending quality time with him during the consultation. Although his quote of $550 for four samples was high compared to others, his expertise and friendly nature convinced us to go with him. However, the report confirmed the presence of mold that needed immediate attention, but Raymond failed to reply to my email containing the report on January 18th. After a follow-up text on January 23rd, he assured me of reverting later that day, but he failed to keep his promise. I sent another text on January 25th, but he never responded. I was prepared to pay $3800 to hire his services, but Raymond's lack of communication forced me to seek help elsewhere.

The team was exceptional in their service. Chrissie provided me with valuable information, first through CrackerJack and then on the phone, which was extremely helpful. Her approach was more focused on providing assistance rather than selling me something. We mutually decided to conduct a physical inspection, which was carried out by James.
