In 1996, there were only four other remediation companies operating on an intimate level. The larger companies available were expensive and lacked personalized service. I made it my mission to change this culture. I take every aspect of my clients' needs into consideration and strive to achieve their goals while paying it forward and maintaining affordable pricing.

What I find truly fulfilling is being able to provide economical solutions to those in need. I'm always willing to go above and beyond for my clients, especially the elderly and those with young children. Trust and reliability are crucial when choosing a contractor, and unfortunately, many fall short when it comes to providing real customer service. I prioritize this aspect of my business and make it a top priority.

I've dealt with numerous individuals, but none of them come close to the honesty of Gregory. He visited my home and inspected the area that was bothering me. Upon assessment, Gregory confirmed that the area was merely affected by moisture and suggested cutting the drywall, drying it, and replacing it as a solution. He also recommended hiring a handyman to tackle the minor issue cost-effectively. Throughout his visit, Gregory provided valuable advice, and I found his fair and truthful approach to be commendable. If ever there is a mold problem in the future, I would never consider hiring anyone else from this company.

When I reached out to Gregory about my mold and asbestos worries, he came to my house promptly and gave me an honest evaluation of the areas in my basement that concerned me. He even provided me with suggestions for how to fix the problems myself, which was very helpful. After recommending a skilled Epoxy floor expert, he also suggested that I have an Organic Wet Fogging done once all the work was complete, in order to get rid of any airborne bacteria. I'm planning on calling him to do the fogging after all the necessary work is done, and I'd definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Keep up the great work, Gregory!
