Customized personal training, small group training, and group fitness classes are available on location. In addition, I provide holistic health coaching both in-person and virtually.
Fitness should be an enjoyable and challenging lifelong pursuit for all. With a doctorate in education and a master's in exercise physiology, I possess an extensive understanding of the learning process. I have over 15 years of experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and teacher, which has allowed me to develop a diverse set of skills to work with individuals from various backgrounds.

Our group of ten ladies gathered in Charlottesville for a bachelorette party and were fortunate enough to have Moira teach a private yoga class. It was the highlight of the weekend. Moira was easy to work with from the start. She was responsive, friendly, and genuinely interested in understanding what we wanted from the class. Booking was stress-free, and Moira even suggested a beautiful garden adjacent to UVA's lawn for our outdoor class, providing mats and clear directions for parking. Moira's energy during the class was fantastic, and she offered a restful, restorative, and creative approach to yoga that served as a great workout. Even novices in our group were doing headstands by the end! It was the thing we couldn't stop talking about all weekend. Best of all, the class was much more affordable than local yoga studios.
