When he visited my apartment on the first day, he accurately identified the problem with my furnace and determined the necessary equipment and materials to resolve it. Although he had to return later to retrieve the materials he needed, Fazam did not charge me for his initial diagnostic visit. On the following day, he was very meticulous when fixing the issue and even fixed another problem I didn't disclose to him.
