We approached several companies for help, such as Logan Mechanical (Tristan Smith), who was responsible for installation but did not honor their warranty. Others like Hugee Corp, Polar Bear HVAC, and Perry Aire, who asked for $1300 for cleaning the system, could not address the problem. Perry Aire even became belligerent when we asked if the cleaning would solve the issue. Initially, I had low expectations when Moe arrived, given my past experience with fixing the unit. However, Moe surpassed expectations by applying common sense and experience in discovering the problem that no one else could identify. He worked tirelessly until the issue was resolved, and his pricing model was reasonably consistent. Moreover, he was friendly and personable, which was especially important since the HVAC had never worked correctly, and we were dealing with rental tenants. I cannot recommend Moe highly enough for his exceptional service. Thank you, Moe.
