As soon as I informed Roger about my requirement of some storage units, he promptly responded and arranged for their installation the very next day. Roger efficiently completed the task and the result was impressive. I am convinced to approach him in the future for any similar requirements.

I had a project that required installation of concrete anchors in a wall to hang exercise equipment. I contacted Roger through CrackerJack and received a response a few hours later. After discussing the project and some delay on my part, we settled on a date and he arrived punctually. Roger was professional and knowledgeable, identifying and addressing weaknesses in the concrete to successfully install the equipment. He also assisted with troubleshooting a stuck window, resolving the issue. Although this project seemed small in comparison to some of his past work, such as constructing a $2 million home, he worked diligently and ensured the job was done right, emphasizing that quality was more important than cost. The work took just under 3 hours and cost $180. I would certainly hire him again for future projects.
