As for my work, I enjoy assisting individuals in making the most out of their homes. This may include organizing spaces, planning layouts, and decorating designs. I lend a helping hand during significant life changes such as moves, divorces, retirements, and relocations. Alternatively, some people may require my services to "right size" their current home. In either case, I am eager to help!

In addition, I offer high-end property management for second homes in the DFW area and East Texas.

Regarding employees, the number of individuals working on a given task fluctuates depending on the project. For instance, home organization projects have a minimum duration of six hours and one person. However, larger projects such as garage cleanouts or organizing an entire home may require several people working together.

Pricing may be hourly or fixed for substantial projects, such as organizing an entire house or garage. Additionally, a 50% deposit is necessary to confirm an appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the project's completion day.

If you wish to request an estimate, please include photos or a video walkthrough of your garage or complex interior project. Doing so helps us determine the 1) size of the space, 2) amount of possessions, and 3) type of objects requiring organization. Based on this information, we can determine the appropriate team size and their makeup to ensure project success.

I asked for information regarding rates and availability and received a message from the person in question. However, they also asked for my home address which made me uneasy. I politely requested for their phone number to communicate effectively, but my requests were ignored. This lack of proper communication and customer service is disappointing. It is unreasonable for the person to expect me to give my personal information to a stranger in advance of a packing job scheduled for a month away, especially when they refuse to talk on the phone. Dealing with this person, Karen, was a frustrating experience and I would not recommend her services.
