Two female cleaning staff from Modern Cleaning did an excellent job on my house, completing tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces. Despite paying for a deep cleaning service, there was a misunderstanding resulting in an extra $50 charge for a basement that was already relatively clean. The staff mopped the stairs but were unable to fully remove milk stains from a bottle. However, my husband was able to remove the stains the following day in just 15 minutes. Although they missed cleaning the window and floor behind the couch, they did dust and wipe down the desk and bathroom sink, even though they were slightly cluttered due to my reorganization. Though it seems more like a general cleaning, overall, the house looked clean, and I would recommend their services.

They are prompt and efficient with their work. However, I noticed that after mopping the floors, it appeared neat only when it was still damp. Once it dried up, there were still some dust and residues left, which required me to sweep the area again. I would appreciate it if they could pay more attention to the details.
