The service provided by Berryhill Consulting was unsatisfactory. I required assistance in filing my taxes and although I had approached them close to the deadline, they took a week to review my documents and eventually informed me that my case was too intricate for them to handle. Despite constantly reminding them of the importance of my VISA status and the complexity of my requirements, I received a rejection notice after a week of waiting. I am disappointed because I expected a professional service, however, my case is not the most complicated as I had filed my taxes by myself last year and will do so again this year. I do not consider Berryhill Consulting to be competent and I will not recommend them.
