He arrived on time, as promised, and his crew was incredibly professional. They did an exceptional job with my kitchen flooring, which required special attention because of a waterfall feature. While other contractors insisted that quarter round was necessary, Marco found a way to make it work without it. He estimated that it would take 5-6 days to complete the work, however, they finished the job in less than three days while still paying great attention to detail. Our small kitchen had an old, messy vinyl tile floor that was passed down from the previous owners. The initial visit from our contractor was professional and efficient, with a range of samples to choose from. Scheduling and communication through CrackerJack was seamless, although we were surprised when two additional workers arrived and didn't seem to remember our previous conversations. Due to rain and my work schedule, we had to reschedule the job, but they arrived early the next time and were accommodating and communicative throughout the process. Although the job was complicated by the cramped space and appliances that needed to be moved, the team worked efficiently and produced great results. Afterward, we noticed that the gas shut off had been tripped, but the team remained committed to their work and returned to make sure everything was running smoothly. Overall, we were impressed with M&M flooring and would not hesitate to use them again if we need further flooring work done in our home.
