There was a hiccup with my order, causing me to overlook the confirmation email and reach out to Mike for assistance. However, the carpet was ultimately cleaned the following day. Mike arrived punctually and delivered an exceptional cleaning job. He provided thorough directions on drying, vacuuming, and addressing any particular concerns. To tackle some stubborn stains, he even expended additional effort. My carpet now appears stunning after its first professional cleaning since the Covid outbreak. I exceedingly suggest M&M!!
