My services include remote online diet and workout plans with daily or weekly check-ins to help you achieve any fitness goal. I also offer personal training sessions either in your home or at a local gym. Please note that if you are outside of Dutchess County, a travel fee based on distance will apply.
As for my qualifications, I am a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, and I have previously worked as a personal trainer at Lifetime Athletic. Additionally, I placed 2nd in the 2016 NY NPC Grand Prix Classic Physique category, which qualified me for national competition. I am also a former SUNY Cortland baseball player and participated in the 2012 College baseball World Series.
