I advised against him visiting my place for the estimate. Instead, I requested him to provide me with a written estimate via email or post within a couple of days for my insurance company. It's been over two weeks, and I haven't received any communication from him. This has caused an unnecessary delay, and I urgently required the estimate. My insurance company was also waiting on it, and he was informed of the same. His lack of response has left me feeling disappointed.
