I thoroughly enjoyed the training and education, even as an experienced athlete, I realized there is always room for improvement. Although I had been weight training for years, I felt stagnant recently. However, the addition of an outside perspective made a remarkable difference. By making changes to my technique and program, I was able to achieve great results. Manuk's traditional coaching approach emphasized the importance of focusing on the lifts and movements that yield the greatest impact. I also appreciated his informative Instagram posts and videos. Throughout the training, I gained knowledge and hunger to learn more. It was a surprise to learn that overcomplicating things is unnecessary; rather, improving significant movements, along with some adjustments in diet and nutrition, is vital. My training with Manuk began without any preconceived notions. I had previous experience with working out, but it had always ended prematurely due to a lack of progress. We went through an extensive range of movements, with Manuk providing feedback on my form and instructions on how to connect with the targeted muscles. After all, what benefit is there in training without feeling the intended muscles? I'm thoroughly enjoying the training, progress, and every experience in between.
