As someone who enjoys DIY projects and has extensive experience working on homes for myself, customers, and rental properties, I am committed to delivering quality results with attention to detail. I am willing to offer assistance with tasks that you may find challenging or time-consuming. I maintain constant communication with my clients from the beginning to the end of each project. I consistently seek out supplemental resources such as videos and educational materials to maximize efficiency for myself and my clients.

I specialize in home repairs, mounting TV's, hiding cables, hanging pictures, art, shades/blinds, shelf mounting, closet system assembly, IKEA and furniture assembly.

My rates commence at $100/hr., and I am always delighted to provide price estimates before commencing any task. For instance, my pricing for TV mounting is $125 per TV, and cable hiding is $150 per TV. Please feel free to inquire about pricing for any work not explicitly stated.

Furthermore, the rates for shades/blinds/rods are as follows:
• Single width - $25 per piece
• Double width - $40 per piece
• Triple width - $50 per piece

Right on schedule, Mike arrived and skillfully set up a recessed TV mount for me. Despite its greater complexity compared to the usual mount, he accomplished the task effortlessly and completed it faster than I expected. Additionally, the cost was very reasonable.
