Mike exhibited the utmost kindness when he arrived promptly to fix my Google Nest thermostat installation. Upon arrival, I had discovered that the thermostat was not detecting the wires. Knowing I needed a professional, I scoured the area for help and found Mike. He was quick to identify the issue and solve it, having found that I had blown the furnace fuse. With a quick fix and a thorough explanation of how to set up the thermostat, he had everything working once again. To my surprise, Mike humbly declined payment due to the simplicity of the task.
