Bryson and Culton arrived to inspect my electrical issue and opened my external electrical panel, discovering that my two GFCI outlets required replacement at a cost of $450. Due to budget constraints, I declined the service and instead paid a visit fee of $29. However, my main concern was that they failed to close the panel after their examination, leaving it exposed to the snow and presenting a safety hazard. It is possible that they overlooked this due to my decision not to proceed with the replacement, but regardless, this is a concerning oversight for professionals in their field.
