Despite Mr. Sparky's advertisement claiming no service fees, I was disappointed to receive an attached response after spending half an hour texting them. This type of false advertising is unacceptable, and as a result, I have decided not to pursue business with them. Furthermore, I may even consider deleting the CrackerJack app.

I didn't proceed with the booking as they insisted on conducting a site inspection prior to providing a quote. Despite my query as to why this was necessary for a straightforward electrical outlet installation, they claimed they hadn't seen the photos I uploaded on CrackerJack. I find it frustrating that they aren't utilizing the platform's resources. It's like submitting a resume to a recruiter only to have to provide the same information again in person. It's redundant and a waste of time. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the site visit wasn't complimentary, so I decided to decline their services.
