Mindfulness Learning with a Twist
My name is Candace Jackson and I am the Founder of Mindfulness Learning with a Twist. The notion to establish this enterprise sprouted during the pandemic. As a teacher, I witnessed many of my pupils grappling to strike a balance between their psychological well-being and academic aptitude. Consequently, I resolved to introduce my students to diverse mindfulness techniques, including breathing exercises, stand yoga, journaling, and others, before beginning my virtual classes.
Mindfulness Learning with a Twist amalgamates mindfulness techniques with other educational opportunities such as tutoring and homework help to aid students in discovering internal tranquility as they accomplish their academic objectives.
