Several months ago, I began a personal meditation journey, but struggled to find a suitable app to aid my efforts. Collaborating with Steph resulted in discovering a daily meditation practice complemented by her weekly guided meditations. Although I recognize that meditation is an ongoing practice, I am already experiencing a more centered and tranquil state compared to my previous dependence on phone apps.
