Milton and his crew accomplished an outstanding job painting the entire house's interior and exterior. The interior mainly consisted of plaster that had been exposed to smoking for over 40 years by the previous resident. The walls, ceilings, doors, closets, tile, and windows were all streaked with tar from smoking. Milton went the extra mile by deeply cleaning each element to remove any traces of tobacco. Besides that, he fixed any cracks in the plaster walls, replaced a wall of plaster with new sheetrock, taped, and sanded everything to perfection. To finish the project, he chose colors according to our preference, primed and painted the walls, and repeated the whole process for the exterior of the house. Additionally, he expertly reglazed all the tiles and the tub, and the final result was breathtaking. We highly recommend Milton's services.
