To begin with, I would like to clarify that my comments are solely about my experience of scheduling a meeting for an estimate with this company, and not about their work. Unfortunately, Jake's communication was lacking and I have minimal knowledge about gardening, which left me feeling let down.

They were always accessible and responded to all of my inquiries. During the project, the workers were courteous and mindful of my belongings. He took our preferences into account and provided multiple options, constantly iterating until we were satisfied. The estimate process was unparalleled in quality; it was itemized, easily accessible on mobile devices, and connected to the scheduling system once approved. Jake communicated with us throughout the job, and his team displayed a high level of professionalism. The final result was everything you would expect from a professional, as they installed 12 trees, rock beds with lighting, sod, and flowers, which all turned out beautifully.
