I had a fantastic experience collaborating with Alberto and I definitely plan on rehiring him. He exuded a positive attitude, delivered impeccable work, charged me a fair rate, and left the workspace spotless. Additionally, he promptly kept me informed of his journey and estimated time of arrival. Alberto had the opportunity to overcharge me for replacing my front window, but instead proposed a cost-effective solution, as he knew I had a tight budget. Working with contractors can sometimes be disheartening, but Alberto proved to be one of the few who left me pleased with the experience. He managed to blend his approachable demeanor with top-notch craftsmanship. Alberto expertly repaired one of my broken window panes and replaced the front window (shown in the picture). I am already considering rehiring him to replace my rear windows later in the year.
