This morning, during my scheduled appointment, two courteous gentlemen arrived on time and provided a thorough explanation of the situation. After troubleshooting the issue, they were able to successfully resolve my electrical problem. I was pleased to see that they even documented their work by taking photos. Unlike plumbers and painters, electrical work or repair is not a common necessity for most people, including myself. However, following a recent storm, my bedroom lights began flickering and I feared a potential power outage. To my relief, the lights remained on. Unfortunately, approximately 12 hours later, I discovered that all power to our bedrooms was out. Despite my efforts to reset the circuit breakers labeled for the bedroom, they remained tripped.
Thankfully, the professionals who arrived promptly to resolve the issue did so in an efficient, cost-effective, and professional manner. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would easily give them a rating of 6 stars if possible!
