Mike’s Factory Direct, a family-owned business, was established in 1999 in the stunning Fairfield County, CT. Despite starting with a meager 100 sq. ft. of warehouse space and a pickup truck, we have seen remarkable growth and served over 12,000 customers. We don't operate from a fancy retail location and might go unnoticed while driving by. Our showroom and warehouse space only occupy 7500 sq. ft. while we have two sales representatives, two delivery staff, and two service technicians in designated service vehicles. Overall, we aim to help you "live better" and provide the right assistance.

Despite this time crunch, Mike skillfully found a tub from Italy that met my requirements while providing excellent financing options. He then arranged for installation, which he expertly managed to ensure timely delivery and setup before the Fourth. Elissa's scheduler expertise helped ensure that the tub arrived on time while she went the extra mile to coordinate with my electrician and carpenters to ensure a seamless installation process. She even assisted them in properly connecting electricity and constructing the framing around the tub. Additionally, Elissa dealt efficiently with the Italian manufacturer to get all the answers necessary for proper tub activation. Mike also offered a comprehensive and personalized orientation on tub use and maintenance, which was incredibly helpful. He equipped us with all the necessary information to make an informed decision about the product, offering a reasonable price, swift delivery and setup, as well as comprehensive remote training. Elissa efficiently handled the delivery logistics and subsequent supply purchases.
