Improving your game is simple with Mike. From day one, Mike evaluated my play and abilities and provided immediate feedback on how to improve my game. He identified my strengths and weaknesses, and helped me develop a new approach to my gameplay strategy. Mike is invested in your success and allows you to lead each session. After just a few days of working with Mike before my latest tournament, my serves and groundstrokes improved dramatically and I was able to effectively analyze my game. It's worth noting that I had worked with four coaches in the past year without any progress until I worked with Mike for only three days. With over 25 years of teaching experience at all levels, Mike is both extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Not only that, he is also a gifted teacher who has a unique way of delivering the same point in multiple ways until it finally 'clicks'. His patience is truly remarkable as he helps students break bad habits that may have formed over several decades. Mike even extends his expertise by assisting with equipment purchasing, grip repositioning, and restringing. In the attached photo, Mike is seen coaching my much more experienced cousin while sporting a white shirt.

I highly recommend Mike as a tennis instructor, having seen his coaching abilities firsthand. Over the course of 7 years, he taught my two sons tennis and his approach was very effective. While pushing his students to achieve excellence, he also provides ample amounts of encouragement and support. Mike has mastered the art of balancing praise for progress with constructive criticism for improvement. He ensures that his students stay motivated by focusing on their positive attributes. Alongside tennis skills, Mike also instills the importance of maintaining good health and physical fitness. My adult sons still cherish the tennis and life skills that Mike imparted upon them.
