When the hot water in my bathtub stopped working, they promptly arrived, diagnosed the issue and accommodated my availability for the repair. Ultimately, I was delighted to once again have the luxury of taking a relaxing bath.

The communication from the team was excellent, and they provided a time window for the appointment. They even accommodated an earlier time due to a cancellation. The repair technician, Zabih P., arrived right on time, even though it was a snowy day. Zabih was courteous and fixed my shower drainage issue quickly. The cost was disclosed upfront, and he tidied up after completing the job. When asked, he even provided some tips for the regular maintenance of my kitchen sink. Overall, I highly recommend Mighty Plumbing.
