In order to support a hot tub on my deck, it needed to be stabilized. Rockingham Property Management's Brad visited my property to assess the deck's condition and provided an extensive evaluation of the necessary adjustments needed to support the weight of the tub. He explored options for materials from different suppliers and presented an exceptional price for both materials and labor. A final examination will occur within a few weeks after the hot tub has been installed. I unequivocally suggest this contractor, as they were professional and continuously kept me in the loop throughout the entirety of the process.

Despite our understanding of his busy schedule and our willingness to compensate him for the task, his behavior was highly unprofessional. While we acknowledge that there was a mistake on our end regarding the zip code, we intended to follow through with payment for his assistance in sending us the keys. However, he never fulfilled his commitment and exhibited discourteous behavior.

This company is incredibly easy to collaborate with! Their work quality is superb. We experienced no difficulties in setting up our appointment; in fact, the owner accommodated us faster than we expected. The pricing was fantastic. They arrived punctually, conducted themselves professionally, and explained everything to us in terms we could grasp. We would highly recommend them to everyone!
