Based on my two unsatisfactory experiences with Michigan Pure Painting, I do not recommend this company. Firstly, I had them paint my home's exterior and replace wood around 2-3 years ago. Since then, there has been substantial peeling and wood rotting, which should be covered under their warranty. Secondly, in January 2022, Mike provided an estimate for interior work and guaranteed to finish the exterior warranty work. I paid him almost $800 as a deposit but received no updates for ten months. In October 2022, I requested a refund of my deposit and urged Mike to finish the exterior warranty work. Although he promised to come on a Friday, he did not show up, and I have not heard from him since.

Last week, we had the interior of our home painted and had to perform a considerable amount of repair work. Frankly, we were apprehensive about the outcome. However, to our amazement, the results exceeded our expectations, and our house looks stunning. Not only did they complete the job ahead of schedule, but we also plan to hire them for our exterior work during spring. We are thoroughly satisfied with their services, from beginning to end.
