His ad boasted a response time of less than 19 minutes, and to my surprise, he got back to me within five minutes. Upon call-back, we discovered he was less than 10 miles away and had finished up a prior job early, which worked out perfectly as I needed this installation completed for my mother-in-law and had just received delivery that morning. I sent him the address via text and he arrived in under 30 minutes, all the while remaining professional, friendly, and clean. Michael took the time to carefully inspect all electrical and water connections before beginning the installation, and after it was complete, everything worked perfectly. Mike did an excellent job by skillfully making the required cut to expand the opening and effortlessly fitting the drop-in range. The project is almost complete, just need to finish up with some minor trimming work.
