As a USPCA certified personal chef with a ServSafe Certification from the State of Florida, I am proud to bring a fine dining experience right to your home. With a focus on French American cuisine, I specialize in preparing culturally diverse dishes, including freshwater fish, seafood, alligator, game meat, and snails. My goal is to provide an exceptional five-course meal customized to your preferences for events ranging from corporate gatherings to family dinners and weddings.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, I address any dietary concerns during the hands-on development of your menu after the event is secured. Please note that I do not prepare soul food or comfort foods.
To book my services, a 60% payment is required upfront, with the balance due on the day of the event. A full kitchen at the location is necessary, and additional upgrades will incur extra charges. I provide plates and silverware for up to 18 people upon request, while special requests will be reflected in the final cost. For larger events, I suggest contacting a rental company for dishware and settings. In case of emergencies, I allow clients to reschedule their event once. With 15 years of experience in fine dining, I am passionate about delivering a restaurant-quality experience in your own home.
