When I was dealing with a troublesome tenant, I sought the assistance of Mr. Cooke. I explained my objectives and desires to him, and through his help, I was able to obtain payment for six of the eight months of owed rent. Furthermore, I recovered 80% of the past rent owed to me, and the problematic tenant was ultimately evicted.
