Starting in 1989, I established an accounting firm where I specialized in traditional public accounting for 22 years. My area of expertise is tax preparation and planning for individuals as well as small businesses, international tax compliance, and representation before the IRS and the United States Tax Court. With more than three decades of experience in individual, business, nonprofit, and trust tax prep, three things that I have perfected include creative tax strategy, informative tax educating and advisory, and clear and regular communication.
Currently, as a Contract (Fractional) CFO, I offer financial analysis, projections, strategic planning, banking, and tax strategies that are beneficial for the company's owners and stakeholders while utilizing only half of the budget for a full-time CFO. I collaborate with executive leadership to develop internal accounting systems that provide the necessary financial information needed to make quality decisions. Moreover, I help create lean operational systems that maximize efficiency in achieving business goals. Also, I work towards maximizing tax savings through the creation of "Smart Tax Advantageous Enterprises." Lastly, I offer my expertise to assist in developing creative marketing strategies for a product or service launch and differentiation in the marketplace.
