FOR YOUR PET Is your dog hyperactive, anxious, overweight or lacking yard space for proper exercise? I offer dog running services that help improve their heart, bone, joint, muscular, and emotional health. Running also helps anxious and overly energetic dogs to relax by releasing endorphins. For only $11.50 per mile, your dog can enjoy a full workout while wearing a heart rate monitor that tracks the time, distance, intensity, and map of the route.
FOR YOUR FITNESS As a NAFC certified personal trainer with CPR/AED certification, I offer an hour long session that includes strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and stretching. I will also teach you creative ways to exercise when you're limited on time and space, or even when you're at work. Our bodies have evolved to handle vigorous exercise, and with our modern society evolving faster than our bodies, it's important now more than ever to prioritize our health and wellbeing. As a Wim Hof student, I bring unique and effective techniques to your fitness routine. Train with me and experience a healthier and better-looking self.
