We received assistance from Francisco regarding the repair of a tile following a disastrous mishap by a plumber, resulting in a vast void in our drywall, plaster, and tile that we undoubtedly lacked the proficiency to fix alone. Francisco resolved the issue expeditiously and, at our behest, returned the next day to install the shower/tub set when our efforts to do so proved futile. He exhibited remarkable responsiveness and professionalism, and without a doubt, we intend to contact him for all our future projects!
