Demonstrated care and caution to avoid any harm to household items while bringing the ladder through the main floor, which was the most convenient route. My gutters were cleaned after being way overdue. I had been wanting it done sooner rather than later. The job was carried out by a male/female team, possibly a married couple, with Caroline handling administration, scheduling, and cleanup while Christian provided the rooftop labor. Caroline had informed me that they might be able to squeeze me in the following day but was uncertain due to an ongoing project and an unknown completion time. Throughout the day, Caroline kept me updated on their progress, making communication excellent. The price charged was reasonable and accepted in cash or check. The service provided was speedy, with Christian clearing out the debris from the gutters and rooftop while Caroline bagged and swept it away. They even offered to hose off the exterior walls. However, I was unable to confirm if they had a contractor's license, something I typically check for any work done on my property. Unfortunately, CrackerJack was unhelpful in verifying this information as they leave it to the professionals to list any info they want. Despite not being able to confirm their licensing, Christian got straight to work on the roof before I could even ask, and Caroline was quick to provide her assistance. While not everything requires a license, having one would provide insurance and bonding protection. Nonetheless, no negative issues came up that might have jeopardized insurance or bonding. I did not climb onto the roof to check, but I could see from outside that the work was done as the seedlings growing out of the gutters were no longer visible. I would definitely use them again and might even request photos of their work in places that are difficult to access. Christian and Caroline were both friendly and professional throughout the process.
