I am a certified Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, a Reiki Drum Practitioner, and trained in the Marie Diamond "Inner Diamond" program. I also hold a certification as an Ayurvedic Health Coach as well as additional training in Yin Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation. Holistic Wellness and Spiritual study are my life’s work, and I will continue to build my personal holistic practice and toolkit to serve those in need.
