In October, I engaged Melanie's services as a bartender and wait staff for my wedding. Her responsiveness and willingness to accommodate exceeded my expectations. Her team was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. When we required their assistance earlier than expected, Melanie was prompt in her response and the team arrived quickly. They took care of tasks that I did not even realize needed attention, including helping me put on my necklace when I was unable to do so myself. One staff member even reminded us to eat as we were so engrossed in the festivities that we had forgotten. The team was kind, serving guests, washing glass dishes and silverware by hand, and ensuring that my concerns were addressed before they left. The bartender was also excellent, serving us and our guests and ensuring that we had a final drink before she left. I am immensely grateful for Melanie's team and their exceptional service. Great work! Our baby shower had 40 attendees and Melanie effortlessly got into motion right away. She maintained our schedule and arranged several things before our guests arrived. Melanie also tended to the bar, served appetizers and ensured that all the food was reheated before serving, arranged the dinner buffet-style, and ensured that everything was in a well-organized and tidy state. I will certainly hire her for all forthcoming occasions and celebrations.
