Meghann is truly exceptional! She has groomed our large, double-coated pup Suki twice now and both experiences have been nothing short of amazing. Her punctuality, responsiveness, and accommodation are unparalleled. Despite our last-minute request before Christmas, Meghann was able to fit us in and even brought a gift for Suki! She is fantastic with Suki and makes sure that she feels at ease. This is particularly crucial for us since Suki can get anxious, and Meghann's effort to soothe her goes a long way. Within an hour, Meghann transforms Suki's appearance and smell, leaving her looking and smelling great. Best of all, we don't have to take her anywhere or leave her in a kennel for a full day just to get groomed. The icing on the cake is Meghann's neatness; she even takes the time to clean up after she's finished grooming Suki.
